Epoll Question
Hi anyone have an email address for contact. I am still waiting for a reward f rom December. I jyust noticed it was for a pint of ice cream. Also has anyone been able to view reward section on their site. I can't seem to get into that part of the site. thanks Jennfier

Sorry but I don't have their e-mail address, I have been waiting since Dec. for 2 rewards from them. Everytime I try to go certain areas on their site, it keeps telling me to sign in. I sign in and it keeps going back to "you need to sign in". I did write them and they keep telling me that I need to reset my computer settings or update my internet explorer. I have no other problems with any other site. Anyone else having this problem?

There are many links that cannot be viewed. One of them is the customer service contact page.
The only email address that I can find is: feedback-epoll@epoll.com. I hope it works. |

i went to e-poll and looked around and to ask questions about problems they have a page where you can send it right to them from the web site,,,but they send an answer back to you via e mail....butttttttt i did find this phone number....it is from the client page...maybe it will help find out something????

what a run around! I will now try the posted number since 3 weeks ago I spent 30 minutes looking for the so called help center

When I emailed them a few days ago I told them that 7 months was way too long to wait for the reward. I take the surveys in a timely manner and I expect them to follow through with their rewards in a timely manner. I also told them that I would be contacting the BBBonline about the situation.
I just hate having to threaten them with the BBBonline but hey 7 months is too long to wait for a reward. |
