Prayers please my step dads having a heart attack
Doctor just called my mom from a Maryland hospital my stepdad is having a heartattack. Moms on her way now but it will be hours before she sees him.

They were running tests when she got there, he is in ICU, his artery was completly blocked, they got it cleared but his heart is still not pumping right. He's not awake yet so I dont know when we will know more.

After I had my MI and the surgery, it took several days and med dosages changed, until they got it back to a normal rhythm. I was out of the hospital in a week. Did they stent him? I know that I was out for awhile and a little incoherant (so my family tells me but I think they're lying, lol) for the first 24 hours. keeping good thoughts going. Thanks for the update.

Yes they put a stent in, I'm waiting to hear anything new today. She said he was out of it when she got there last night he couldnt tell her how he got there or anything.
