The good news and bad news about randy's cancer
The good news is that even though Randy has a malignant tumor in his prostate it has NOT spread to any other parts of his body. They did two bones scans and couldn't find anything else. Bad news is they are going to remove the prostate on 6-22-09 over in Honolulu. They use a big robotic machine to remove it. They sent us a DVD to watch so we will know what to expect. We know there will be some changes after the surgery but if it saves my wonderful husbands life who cares! So if you have an extra prayer we would appreciate it. Thanks to all of you for the support, good vibes and prayers

That's a positive thing. Thank goodness it's contained. I'll keep thinking good thoughts. Do you know if they're using the DaVinci robot on him? I observed it a couple months ago and it's incredible and really safe.

Good news it hadn't spread. My father had it and it had spread to his bones by the time he was tested. Hope Randy surgery goes smoothly and he heals quickly. Hugs.
