My sister is a mess. She is a sometimes recovering addict with a whole slew of issues that include horrific taste in men and a death wish.

Just before Thanksgiving of last year, days after receiving yet another in a long line of eviction notices, my sister found out she was pregnant. While this should be a cause for joy, in my sisters case we were all less than happy. Here she is, almost 40, no home to speak of, living in her car with the latest in a string of bad men, a heart condition, emotional issues and when she had my neice, the Dr. told her another baby would kill her.

Needless to say, the pregnancy was unplanned.

Now, here she is, several months pregnant, and her alcoholic bf has left her, on the very day they got served with a five day eviction notice.

Now, comes the worst part. That same day, an ultrasound showed that the baby (a girl) has a hole in her heart and her arteries are underdeveloped. She has an appointment with a specialist next week, but the outlook is not good. The baby is underdeveloped and my sister is not holding up well under the pregnancy and the obvious stress she is under.

What i am asking is for prayers the God's will be done in this situation. My sister has asked for prayers for her baby and I am asking for her and all of us. I don't know what God's will is, but i am trying to leave this in His hands since asking my sister to be a grown up in her life is out of the question.

I know i sound bitter, I know I am not asking for what my sister asked for, I am asking for God's will to be done. I guess at this point with my sister and all she has put my Mom and us through it is the best i can honestly do. I promised I would put her in the prayer chain.

I am also asking for prayers of healing for my sister. She is an emotional mess, with no self preservation skills. I am afraid the only rock bottom my sister is ever going to hit is death. Sad, but it is the only thing that i see stopping her destructive cycles.

Anyways. If you can send out a prayer for my sister, and this baby, I would appreciate it. If you don't pray a good thought, healing vibes, a chant or spell, anything would be apreciated.

If it is not too much to ask, a protective prayer for my Mom who has dealt with her own health issues over the last year. This chaos around my sister has been very hard on her.

Will be praying for her and especially for the baby who is the innocent here. It's one thing when you do harm to yourself but clearly another when you include others. Hugs.

Prayers for you, your sister and her unborn baby. I pray that she and the baby are healed.

(((LuvBigRip))) Praying for God's will to be done. That God will touch your sister and the baby. I know it is so hard to watch but all we can do is turn it over to Him. Praying for strength and protection for your mom. I remember all she has gone through.
