I'm sorry for what you and your family are going through. I'll pray Gods will be done. Your mom and your family sound like ya'll have been through a lot. I hope your sisters and moms and the babies health improves. You don't sound harsh you sound like someone thats been through a lot emotionally. I hope everything works out the best for every one of ya'll.

First off cause it sounds like you need it. I pray that God's will be done. He knows whats best. Prayers for your Mom. I cant imagine the heartache and hurt. Prayers for you for strength mainly that you can handle whatever comes your way. Prayers of healing and comfort for all.

I will also ask for God's perfect will in this situation. Especially for the baby and your mom. He knows what's coming, what's been and what is. He also knows your sister's heart and the awful pain she's in.

I truly know the pain you are all in and how terribly painful and stressful it's been on your family. And the pain your sister feels is beyond even that.

To help ease the pain you feel, might I suggest Al-Anon. It's for the family and friends of alcoholics (and drug users.) It made all the difference in the world in my life.

As for Al-Anon, I have been a member of both Al-Anon and Al-teen. My father was an alcoholic. I have learned I cannot change someone who is unwilling to change.

Well, things are going downhill. Fast.

My sister went to the doctor yesterday for a pre-op conference for in-utero surgery for the baby. Her BP was 190/148 and her hands and legs are swollen. She has toxemia. They rushed her over to Maricopa hospital to get her bp down, only they couldn't get an IV in. When my Mom arrived at the hospital, they had called in the fire department to try to get an IV in her, and they couldn't. They had to put one in her neck, which is VERY painful.

They were not able to stabilize her and the baby is in distress. They life-flighted her to Saint. Jo's last night and last I heard early this am, they were going to deliver the baby. She is not yet at 7 months, and as previously stated, the baby is under-developed and has heart problems. It does not look good. But basically they said my sister will die if they do not deliver. So, again, I am asking for prayers.
