(((LuvBigRip))) Prayers for all involved. Maybe time in jail will make your sister realize the error of her ways. What a blessing it would be if she gets straightened out and can be a good mom once she gets out of jail.

Just wanted to let you know baby is doing well - she is up to 2# 4.6 oz and is taking 7 ccx of food every 3 hrs. They still have her on the ventilator but said she is sleeping well and is very active so that is a good sign. Their goal is to extubate her.

Holly goes to court twice today - once at 8 o'clock and again at 11 o'clock - 11 o'clock is for probation violation - if they revoke it she will go to prison and I am hopeful that they will not recommend that. To say the least, Shauna will be devastated. We have papers signed and notarized for joint custody at least for Jonny and I for Shauna - and I have to go tomorrow to see Shaun for his signature on Darrell Ann's paperwork. We went there yesterday but found those were not his visiting days - so we were out of luck getting those signed. I will go tomorrow if they don't revoke his probation today and send him off somewhere. If they do, I can still go there and have the papers signed. Hopefully, Holly's PO will recommend that it not be revoked for her - I will let you know tonight as soon as I know anything.

Thanks for the update. I am glad the little angel is so strong. She seems to have a will. I hope all goes well with the courts. I imagine you are stressed to the max. HUGS!!!

WTF? Why do parents make children suffer because they have an issue with another adult? My neighbor's grandson has that same situation. His mother hates his dad so mother will not do anything at all that might benefit the dad (although it would benefit the child more.) And she's kept him from his grandmother. It just really makes me mad!!

Regardless, my prayers are with that little defenseless babe, for today and for her future.

I'm totally lost. I've been following this thread on and off for a while now, but all I can gather is your sister is in jail? And she has several kids? So who's getting custody of whom? Also it seems like a lot of people are in jail...
