prayers needed for mother - Big Big Forums

my mom has diabetes, she went to the Dr and they said she has a kidney disease so she is scheduled to go to a kidney specialist Thursday, Please pray that somethin can be done to help her.she has too much protein in her system, thanks for all prayers and good wishes

just wanted to let you know that everything went fine today, the Dr said she needs to get her diabetes under better control but her kidneys are working normally. Her family Dr had us scared to death. we thought she may have to go on dialisys immediately. I am so relieved everything is okay, the Dr gave her a stronger dose of insulin,and she has to go back in 3 months. Thanks for your prayers and good thoughts

Crystal I just read this but I'm glad your mom got good news. Hopefully the little shock will motivate her to monitor her diabetes more carefully and stay healthy. My dad was diabetic and had real will power difficulties with staying on a healthy diet. I hope your mom continues to improve with the kidney issue!
