I need some Prayers for my dad - Big Big Forums

My dad had a heart attack Sunday morning and was flown to the hospital for surgery. The main arteries to/from his heart were blocked.
While in surgery the doctors had to revive him twice. From what we were told the doctors in the ER worked on reviving him for quite some time.
He also had a seizure during Sunday afternoon.
They did a CAT scan and an EEG today (Monday) to see if he had any loss of brain function.
I received a call at work early this morning (Tuesday) from my niece. She talked to the doctor that looked at the results of the CAT scan and was told that do to all of the things that happened over the last 2 days that he probably has a lot of brain function loss and has a very slim chance of pulling through.
They can reevaluate him on day 3 and again on day 7 but it is not looking very good at the time.

I am asking for your prayers for his recovery.

may God bring him peace and comfort and take his pain for him if he has some. May HE also bring you peace and comfort during such a difficult time
