This is a no- minimum program - request payment once a month between the 1st and the 5th---regardless of earnings.

Then after everyone is paid, the program owner will deduct ½ of his operating expenses, and the rest will go to various Organizations that are helping in this cause of locating American POW's and MIA's.

On or about the 10th of the month, an email with a receipt from that organization will be sent to show the program's legitimacy.
