1) The subject line should only contain the program name only. Anything else and the thread will be deleted.
2) Only one active thread allowed per program. Any other threads started for that program will be deleted.
3) If a thread gets too long, it will be locked and a new thread will be started using the last legitimate referral.
4) You may start 3 threads a day. The start of the new day is at 12:00 A.M. EST. If you start more than three only the first three will count. All others will be deleted.
5) NO bumping of threads unless it is to ask or answer a question about a program. If you bump your thread it will be deleted.
6) If a thread/program has not has a response in the past 5 days a brand new thread can be started. (Example, today is the 1st you may create a new thread anytime after 12 am EST on the 6th .)
7) You must do a search before posting! Duplicate threads will be deleted. The easiest way to search is to type the program name in to the search box at the top of the page.
8) Bank posts, Casino posts, and Affiliate links are not allowed. Any such posts will be deleted. (This includes posts for ING. Direct, C2It, Paypal, RME and other such bank posts!)
9) If you wish to sign up for a program then reply saying you are signing up and will return with your info. After you sign up edit in your referral info.
10) Do not start a thread with Be Right Back. Make sure you have your referral link before you post.
11) Allow 4 hours for someone to return with an update on their referral status. If no link or update is posted after 4 hours then you may skip over that person. You may post an update within 4 hours requesting more time if needed.
12) Please list the name of the member you signed up under, as well as your own referral information. If you don't post who you sign up under your post can be deleted.
13) NO CUTTING IN!!!! You must use the last referral in order to post your referral.
14) No referral links or sites are allowed under the signature. We will edit them out.
15)No invite threads..those go in the Misc Referral forum.
16) If you see a problem REPORT IT! There is a link in every post to report that post to the moderators, or you can PM one of us, and we will investigate the problem as soon as possible. No fighting or rude comments to other members. Such actions will lead to having your posting ability removed.

If everyone follows these rules things will run alot smoother. There have been too many threads messed up because no one knows who signed up under whom so put the name of the person you signed up under in your post with your information if you don't want your post deleted and your referral lost. I will put the date and a notice in the subject line if these rules are edited so keep an eye out.
