Usually I can look up and see the number of points I have by looking at my toolbar. They're not showing. I have a red X, says 'Loading'. I figured it would eventually be fixed, so I've waited all day. No change. I still can't see the # of points. Okay, I uninstalled and reinstalled the toolbar. Still no points showing. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
I got rid of the toolbar. It was giving me trouble. My computer would default to My Points. I won't load it on my new computer.
You can still do the searches on their site. Not as convenient but it works.
That happened to me last week. I got tired of looking at it so I "hid" the toolbar (in IE, click on Tools>Toolbars then uncheck MyPoints) so I wouldn't have to look at it. I remembered to check it yesterday and it it was back to normal. It's just a glitch on their end, but it's annoying!
Thanks for the input....didn't know if it was my computer or if others had also had problems.
