I haven't received it but hubby has 3 times now.
each time was in spam folder

Yep, looks like spam. Emails were sent out shortly after the public became aware of the problem and this is what the email looked like in case someone didn't get one.

Total phishing scams... NEVER give ANY credit info unless YOU are opening an account or something. These losers are scumbags...
