Man Buys 23 Burger King Apple Pies to Spite a Spoiled, Foul-Mouthed Child

Have you ever stood in a retail or fast food line next to an insufferably bratty child who won’t stop shouting out his demands at the top of his lungs? Then you are certainly not alone. But you likely didn’t have an opportunity to do something about it.

Well one Burger King customer’s response certainly takes the cake — or should I say pie.

“When behind me comes this woman yapping on her cellphone with a little monster of a child,” he writes. “This kid was out of control, screaming, punching his mother throwing around a gameboy whenever something didn’t go right in the game.” The child was screaming “I want f**king pie!”

He says the mom paid more attention to her phone than to her kid, who was screaming and demanding the pie.

The customer says his already bad headache got worse and so he asked the mother nicely to quiet her kid down.


“Immediately she gets up in my face telling me I can’t tell her nothing about raising her child and to mind my own business,” recalls the customer, who says the mom rubbed it in by calling her kid “sweety” and assuring him that he’d get his pie.

By the time the customer got to the front of the line, he says he could only think about how the loudmouthed brat and his mom had spoiled this little trip to BK.


“I then decide to ruin their day,” said the customer who ordered all 23 pies the store had in stock.

“I take my order and walk towards the exit,” he recounts. “Moments later I hear the woman yelling, ‘What do you mean you don’t have any pies left, who bought them all?’ I turn around and see the cashier pointing me out with the woman shooting me a death glare.”

He taught them a lesson, or so he thought. But did he do exactly that, or simply be mean to a child and his mother?

Or did he not go far enough? One commenter on Reddit said:

“He should have passed out all 23 pies for free to other customers.”

I love it!!

I can't stand when I go ANYWHERE, and kids are being ignored by their parents on the phone. Or even when the kids are just having a fit for the hell of it. I don't tolerate it where I work. I tell the kids to knock it off, or I'll put them to work. LOL

If I was the cashier there, I don't think I would have told her who bought them all though. If she was paying attention, she could have seen it herself. That man has every right to buy what ever, and how ever many he wants

The child was screaming “I want f**king pie!”

If my kid said that to me, he'd have a hard time eating that pie with no teeth.

I love it too! When I heard this on the radio I was home alone but was howling with laughter! I have to disagree with the person who made the comment that he should have handed them out to the other customers. I'm sure one of them would have given theirs to the bratty kid.
