I was wondering if anybody knows if JC Pennys is keeping their prices as low as they are now forver deal or just for awhile? I heard its a forever deal? Cant hardly believe but would be nice.

IDK but I was in a mid sized JCP on Monday. I really didn't notice prices being lower but the quality of the ladies clothing was cheap. I guess it was their Spring line but the colors IMHO was all wrong. It was either grandmother or hooker!

After that horrid TV adversiting deal with all of the women screaming I'd be hard pressed to ever step foot into any JCP ever again.

I finally saw that stupid commercial... I kept thinking to myself "what is all this screaming these ppl are talking about"... Thank the Lord I can fast forward through commercials cause that one might would drive me to drink.

Their commercials haven't improved much. The guy who started the Apple stores is now in charge at JCP. As for their new "pricing" the Jones of NY dress I looked at last month was still the same price yesterday. Now if they had kept their $10 birthday coupon that dress would have been in my closet. It is still on their rack.
I guess this now means they are going to also do away with their reduced racks. Oh well...their loss is Macy's gain.

I really dislike the change JCP has made. I loved when they had their sales. Was just in there Sat. and it seemed that half the merchandise was gone. Had to laugh because some of the tops they had for $4.00/$6.00, I got a few weeks back for $2.00. Not impressive at all. Sure they have marked down the dress slacks from $46.00 to something like $25.00 but when they had the sales I would get them for $2.58. And now no more surveys where you could print out a coupon for 15%. I can see where I will not be going there very often anymore.
