W. Va. Miner's letter
Josh Napper left a letter for his family before he went to work in the mine asking them to take care of his little girl and how much he loves them all. He knew something was going to happen and he would not come home. He said he would be watching over them from heaven. It was so sad that so many lost their lives in the mine and so many lost their loved ones. But, so strange that he felt something would happen that he sat down and wrote them a letter about how he felt about it. It made me want to tell my family and friends I love them. We don't know what will happen for sure tomorrow, but some do get feelings before things happen. Amazing!!

It's sad! I seen this on yahoo. There was some problems with the ventilation the last time he worked. I think there was a few other people who thought the same thing. They said on the news tonight that the mine was shut down like 60 times in 15 months.

Bless his heart. I think if I felt that strong I would have called in sick and not went that day.

Sadly, the last 4 miners didnt survive. We were praying for them, atleast now all the families can grieve.

I thank God I did not have family or friends that worked in that mine,I cannot imagine the pain and shock they are dealing with.
When something like this happens in our state, it affects us all, you can feel it here, in the stores, in the post office, people here in WV are deeply saddended by this loss.

It has been such a hard and trying time for the families. My Nieces Husband is on the rescue team, and He and his team was one of the first in there. He said that He isn't sure he will ever be able to get over this. He is even rethinking his job. My heart goes out to all the families

Almost every coal miner carries a note, just like our soldiers, it is sad that for us to turn our lights on everyday our brothers, fathers, friends have to risk their lives.
My sister co-wrote a song called Coal Miners Note with her friend Nikki. Nikki is a coal miners wife and her husband has a note in his pocket everyday when he leaves for work. Please take a minute to listen to Nikki sing Coal Miners Note. Get a tissue ready, you will probably need it. Continue to pray for the 29 families who lost their loved ones.

The situation in WV is very sad, but I have to wonder, if the guy had such a strong feeling why did he go to work? If something was telling me something that horrible I'd call off and take the corrective action.
You, yes you, lemme see YOU walk on water!!

Probably because when it is your time to go it is your time and nothing you do will change that outcome.

See, what i believe,(and some of you might think i'm weird) is that before we come to earth(as in our spirits coming to be born) we choose a path for life. In the choosing of our path we give ourselves exit points inwhich we have to decide if we want to exit this world now or keep going. Granted we don't remember what we chose for our life but we have guides who give us clues, via feelings we get etc...
maybe it wasn't his last exit point, based upon what i believe.
