    It's early, but if I don't plan ahead, I'll never get it done lol.

    Tonight....


    Oven baked BBQ chicken, homemade cheddar mashed potatoes and summer corn on the cob I froze well, this summer LMAO

    I just put a Beef Roast in the crockpot...I'll makes some mashed potatoes and green beans... yum! : )

    I'll be putting everything to make Merlot Mushroom meatballs in the crockpot in a few hours. I serve that over egg noodles and I'll fix a salad to go with it.

    absolutely gorgeous here, so I'm firing up the grill and cooking hamburgers and hotdogs, salad, left over baked beans and some chips/cheetos

    The easier, the better especially since I cook it and clean it up! LOL

    Merlot Mushroom Meat Balls


    Ingredients
    1/2 cup Tastefully Simple Merlot Sauce
    10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    8 oz. can drained, sliced mushrooms(optional)
    1 lb. pkg. frozen meatballs

    Directions
    Place ingredients in slow cooker; stir. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve alone or over egg noodles.
