I've got some fresh caught bass in the freezer I just took out, so fried bass tonight, along with some catfish. Prob. some french fries and corn to go along.

DH is making fried chicken, (I can't make fried chicken, tried so many time's and never comes out good) then I will make the mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and brown n' serve rolls.

oh ya, also got a couple loafs of bananna bread baking right now, smells sooo good LOL
I guess it's better than throwing out the old banannas..

old bananas make the best bread.
I'm making sauce for spaghetti and having garlic bread with it and probably a salad
