Do you make your own stuffing?

I mean really make it from scratch? My mom does, uses a loaf of bread, cuts celery, onion, etc and makes it herself. It is delicious!!!!!!

Me, I use stove top's Savory Herb to stuff my turkey.

I do , something like your mom's lots of sauteed onions and celery w/butter, chicken bouillon, and seasonings, tear up a couple loaves of bread and sometimes I add some crushed up croutons to it if I have any. If I were to use stovetop, DH would want a divorce. LOL Not really, but stuffing is the one thing he looks forward to the most.

I make homemade vegetarian stuffing. I use the packaged stuffing cubes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, peppers (yellow and red), apples, carrots, celery, veggie broth and seasonings (sage, thyme, black pepper & lemon pepper)...

I only make it from scratch. I stuff the turkey with French meat stuffing and I do a side dish of bread stuffing. It's so easy to do.

If any of you have a for real recipe--with measurements on a good cornbread dressing I would love to have it. I just kinda threw the basic ingredients together--and while not terrible, wasn't the best either.
