recipe help
I need a little recipe help please....I found pork tenderloin on sale the other day. Really great deal so i bought a couple of them. Thing is is that I am not sure how to cook them. What is the best way to cook a pork tenderloin? I was going to put it in crockpot with some rosemary and other seasonings and maybe a cream of mushroom soup?
I was going to make it tonight so any help you can give me would be great.

Before you put it in the crock pot, in olive oil (oil) brown all sides. Season first with whatever spices you like. I use Season salt, pepper and rosemary I also dice a few fresh cloves of garlic and a small onion.
Once you brown it put it all into your crockpot, add a little water (I cover mine 1/2-3/4 way) then add 1-2 envies of Lipton soup mix depending on how big your pork is (I like them all) keep on low at least 7 hours. Make gravy with the juice.

If you have an apple on hand, cut it into a few pieces and add that.

I do that too, but only when I don't make a gravy. I'll use 2 apples ,rosemary, season salt, pepper, garlic powder and just a tad bit of water. I brown the pork everytime. As sides roasted potatoes and apples.

Yep, now I'm hungry.
You know what else is nice? I like to use crushed gingersnaps to thicken the gravy, you cannot believe how delicious that is.

I put mine in the crockpot too without browning it. I cook it all day and then the meats pulls apart and we have shredded BBQ pork sands.

I made one last night with.... One can of cranberry sauce, 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 carn berry juice ( I used apple cause thats waht I had) 1tsp ground mustard, 1/4 tsp ground cloves. mix ingredients, pour over the roast and cook on low 6-8 hours. Mine was done in 6 hours...it was very good. A friend gave me the recipe. Don't over cook or the sugars will begin to burn!
