What'cha cooking?
We are having morrocan chicken, basmati rice and sesame green beans, I thought to make a coconut cake for after dinner with coffee...I have a friend in for dinner.

I am roasting a chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli (which I didn't want but Shaw's had absolutely NO corn on the cob.. bastages)

we're going to have salsa chicken, green beans, and either jasmine rice or forbidden rice - just depends on what the kids prefer

Burritos here...
Had to laugh earlier though. I was at the playground and three other Moms were there. One was making fajitas, one tacos, one enchiladas. I said we should get together and have fiesta! LOL
