RAOK for cat owners :)

I have a coupon for a FREE bag of 9Lives dry cat food 3.15 bag or larger. Expires 9/21 so I want this to go to someone who can use it.

Tell me something cute about your cat. Maybe how you got them, something funny they do, your choice! Not only will one person get the coupon (picked by tomorrow mid day) but we will get to read some good stories.

My youngest fur baby, Skittles, just turned 1. He loves to sit in the window and do his version of chirping to the birds he sees outside. It's hilarious!! You'd swear he's trying to imitate them!!! We all know about mockingbirds, but I think I have a "Mocking Cat"!!!

this is a great idea! We just got two kittens and the one I swear he thinks he is a dog, he walks around the table after dinner and looks for crumbs that might have dropped lol. He is such a scrounge(?) LOL

Do not put me for the drawing, I only get them whiskas kitten food but I can't wait to read the stories. BTW mere cat, I love the story. That is something to get on tape!

We have two kitties and one of them is really strange. Given the chance she will try to nurse on your earlobe! She gets kneading and suckling...LOL I thought she would outgrow it, but she is six years old, and will still wake me up sometimes trying to nurse! Lol

My cat is a smart stray. We keep his food inside and he knocks at the door when he wants to come in and eat. Well bangs might be a better word. The first time he did it I thought it was a person at the door but opened it and it was him. lol Scared the heck out of me because it was really late at night too. He will come in eat then let us pet him a few minutes then he is at the door wanting to go back outside. He sometimes does this a couple of times a day.

Nothing funny, I got 10, 6 of them were dropped off, 2 I got from the pound, and 2 I got from people, one of them was just 4 weeks old, she will be 7 next mth. I have 3 babies, 2 of them are 3 mths old, they also were 4 weeks when i got them, one of them I come home late at night and went back outside and heard this kitten crying, someone had put it up in a tree, it was so little you could hold him in one hand, I got one about 5 mths and he thinks he has to eat whatever I eat, loves ice cream, yogurt.
No, give this to someone else, I just went back to work, I know how bad I would of needed it when I was drawing unemployment, cause I know there was times I was having to count change just to buy cat food.
thanks, this is a nice offer.

My 2 DD's each have a cat. My youngest DD cat had 4 kittens about 7 weeks ago. They are the cutest little things. They have just now reached the age where they play and we cant take our eyes off of them most days.

When I moved to TN from CA around 12 years ago, my mom got me a kitten. Out behind the nursing home she worked at there was a cat who had kittens, this cat was the ugliest thing you had ever seen, it looked like it had been in a house fire. My mom brought the cat home, and we had the cat checked out and it was fine ((it healed itself from its injuries before it was found)) We were able to keep one kitten. The one I picked was a siamese mix, and she was so smart she could open up cupboards at her food, she would eat through the soft bags of kitty chow, and after we put it in a jar she pushed it off the sideboard to break it. When we got my dog, she used to push things off of the table on his head, she hated him even tho he loved her to death. Please do not put my name in as I no longer have a cat. It is just nice to share stories about her

bmt2789 is on a distinguished road
I have 3 cats - two are 7-8 weeks and the other is a stray we just found that is 2 years. One of our little ones flipped a fleece bed on herself. She kept running around trying to get out, which caused the bed to move around. The other two cats started attacking and swatting at the bed as it was moving. It was the cutest thing.

i have 4 cats 2 strays outside and 2 inside i just put my 19 year old to sleep last week. i have a 2 month old kitten and he is the funniest, most hyper cat ive ever seen. he is worse then my kids were when they were little. he runs and climbs up the door jambs and slides down them like hes sliding down a bannister, he can climb over halfway up the wall. when hes tired he runs and jumps in your arms and begs to be put in my daughters bed. he drinks out of the faucet and begs for you to turn it on. my daughter mixes can food with his dry and when she gives it to him she always gives a taste to my other cat. well last night she fed him and she forgot to give the other cat some. she went to bed and shut her door. she heard a knock at her door and thought it was me when she opened the door sweetpea was there and wouldnt leave until she gave her some canned food.

My cat is 14 and wonderful. But my stories are about the possessed cat that I feed for a friend when she is away.
One day I go over and the water in the sink is on full blast. It's the type where you lift the lever. I guess the cat decided he was thirsty. His food is kept in a shut cupboard above the stove so he doesn't get into. The next day, the cupboard to his food is wide open and his food is all over the stove.
Cesar doesn't like men, and barely tolerates most women. When a bunch of us are over to my friend's house, he seems to know who dislikes him the most and will sit at her feet and stare with his ears back.
Thanks for the chance-my kitty has an overactive thyroisd and is eating ALOT until we get her meds to work.
