My computer is running soooo slow. I got an email about a registry cleaner for $29.00 Do they really work? I have virus protection. My granddaughter added some games and I think that is why it is running so slow. I deleted some of them but there was one that wouldn't delete. Any suggestions?

Yeah I have a suggestion for u ,that use a better quality registry cleaner for your system this will really help u to solve your slow speed PC problem .............
