Talking Anyone seen the movie The Knowing?

I havent seen a good movie in a long time, far as that goes, any movie. I did however order a movie with Nicholis cage in it called the knowing Friday night.
I thought the movie was very good,it gave me chills, and it almost gave me the idea that this could be real, kind of spooked me,creeped me out a little, the movie captured my attn, brought a few tears, and kept me saying o no,o no. The part in the end, with the 2 little ones, reminded me of Adam and Eve with the tree of life, the ending made me feel sad and empty, but yet full and happy, strange huh?
Anyone else seen this movie, did you like it? How did it make you feel?

We watched it. Absolutely hated it. I love Nicholas Cage and it seemed like it would be so good. That was two hours I will never get back again. Both hubby and I thought it was stupid.

I tried to watch it, but I didn't like it. I don't really like a lot of Nicolas Cage's movies. I don't know if it's the movies or him? My husband liked it, though.

I am kind of amazed that someone could not only not like it but "absolutley hate it". I think because it alludes to a "higher power".

Angel..I loved that ending and also believed them to be creating the image of Adam and Eve and the Tree of Knowledge.
The only part that speaks of anything even remotely religious is when he talks of his Mom being in Heaven but depending on how you interpret the movie I felt it was a "cleansing of the earth". The only part I didn't like were the "whisperers" themselves, they were supposedly good but always seemed evil.

Oh and I LOVE Nicolas Cage.
