couldn't they have done something at the vet..like fixed it or something - I know it'd be expensive but for me my pets are my family. I'd throw as much as money and resource I need to keep them alive and have.
anyways that's a really sad story. if someone had hit my pet I'd be mad with blood rage....especially if they just drove off with little care for what they did.
