We're now sitting here getting ready to watch the 4th of July Concert with the Boston Pops on the big screen with a few friends and family. It'll be on tv nationally on CBS at 10:00 eastern. The weather turned out beautiful today, no storms as predicted and mid 70's. They postponed our city's fireworks prematurely.
Thanks for posting that, I am watching it right now, singing along with Neil Diamond! John just called but by the time he gets home, everything local will be over...
We didn't do a whole lot of anything last night. We had company over Friday night and it just wore Mike out, not to mention it was raining most of the day. Holli had to work and then she went to her friend's afterward for the night, Matt stayed the night at a friend's and who knows what those two did. Evan went to the fireworks show with a friend and his family, and Taylor went out of town with her aunt, so it was just the two of us until nearly 11, when Ev came home and went to bed. I could really use about 5 more lounging days like yesterday, that's for sure!
