Going to India Point park.. They are having a bunch of things going on there and that is where the fireworks are.. Then maybe walk over to Waterfire and get a beer or 2. Supposedly I won't have any kids..

can't make up my mind what to do.......
We can go onto the lake and grill out with our buddy (he has a pontoon that he installed as grill on) and he added and upper deck and watch fireworks on the lake.
Or we got invited to go to the campground where our parents (my mom and dh's parents are camping) and have a cookout. But then we would have to do the cooking....lol and no fireworks.
OR........
I could stay home and watch my nascar race "under the lights" as I'm a big nacscar fan nowadays.
So I guess till sat. night I have no clue.......

Going to the in-laws just like the last 20 something years.Personally I'd rather just stay home. Not trying to sound like a grouch,I just don't really get into the holiday that much.I hope all who are excited have a great time!!

They postponed the fireworks in my city until Sunday because of projected t-storms tomorrow. It's supposed to nice weather this weekend minus a few storms blowing through. We're going to barbeque with some family then watch the Boston Pops and Fireworks on the Esplanade on the Charles. The rest of the weekend I'm going to relax and watch the fireworks here from my deck.

it has been mid 90s every day this week with a heat index of over 100, so I am going to stay in my air conditioned house.

Mom and her boyfriend are going to a Pig Roast, John's working... hopefully not all night though... so it's just me all day by myself. I might go get my haircut, and there's always Jonesborough days.. I think that's this weekend.
