I think that this whole saga is going to turn into one big mess before its over. And for those kids, I heard LaToya (whom I do not like at all!) say one time that they were all messed up because of their childhood, and that her and Rebbie were victims of constant sexual abuse when they were young.

WOW!! This goes from bad to worse. If neither Micahel or Debbie Rowe were the biological parents & neither of them legally adopted those children, correct me if I am wrong here, but wouldn't those children become wards of the state?
I feel so sorry for those 3 children. Thing I don't understand is Michael left custody to his Mom who is 80. The youngest of the 3 is only 7 years old. His Mom would have to live until she was 91 until the youngest reached 18. It was well documented that Joe Jackson physically abused & possibly sexually abused his children so I can not fathom why Michael named his Mom as guardian since she and Joe jackson are still living together.
Dianna Ross is 65, she would be 76 when the youngest hit 18. Can't recall right now but wasn't Dianna Ross only recently involved with some sort of legal troubles herself?
I wonder why he didn't choose one of his siblings like Jermaine as guardians? All of this money is going to bring out the worst in people & these poor children wil be the ones left suffering.

If they were legally adopted, they were his children. It is the same with any other adopted child, or any child for that matter. Once a parent dies, if the parent has made arrangements for someone to have guardianship of that said child(ren), then everything is OK. That is why all parents need to have a will of some sort, because if anything were to happen to them, the children would indeed become wards of the state, and the state would give them to the person they deemed the fittest to raise the children, and it might be some aunt from Oklahoma that you really despise. But, since reports are coming out now that they were never "legally" adopted, it could get into a real sticky wicket real fast. TMZ knows just about everything, and they were the ones that first reported this, (and they were the ones that first reported Jacksons death) He also seemed to be really close to some of his siblings, like you say. I really don't think that he was in his right mind most of the time. I think that he was emotionally retarded.

An 80 Yr old woman raising 3 young kids. I cant see it happening. I always thought MJ was a freak of nature. Never did care for him. He was accused of molesting young kids, how or who would let him raise any? Sure as hell not me.

Exactly. They found a way around the law and made a "deal". Basically she legally sold them to him. Which I dont think it was right of him to do either but shes had nothing to do with them and never cared before so why now? Oh wait money again.
Not that I care about him but those kids dont deserve this

Debbie Rowe may have signed off the kids thinking that they would be loved and well taken care of by Michael. No one expected Michael to die so soon. : So she 'disconnected' herself from the situation.
Perhaps with the prospect of the children going to his elderly mom with Joe Jackson in the picture (knowing that Michael would not want the children under his care nor in the same room as) or Diana Ross....again aging and probably lower on the totem pole of possibilities (although the lesser of the 2 evils)....she decided to step up to the plate and try to give these kids a fighting chance at a hopefully, somewhat normal and safe life?
I'm still on the fence. I can't say that it's solely greed that is motivating her.
She was paid well to be a 'mother' and give him kids......I don't think being left out of the will plays into it....I don't think she expected anything more.
I'm still on the fence.
*That is if they are her children and she's not just a surrogate/incubator......but even still...

I guess this matter will only get worse,1st I think these kids need strong strong counceling, their going to need, have needed it,and will need it asap. I know that MJs mom has been in the kids life very strongly,so she prob. is the only one that the kids trust,I also bet that Janet and Lotoya are going to be right there to help out.I bet the girls will have their eagle eyes scanning the rooms when good old dad is anywhere near the kids, but as a victim,I know that you cant always be in eye site. I feel so bad for these kids,I hope somehow and someway they will get the help they are going to need so badly, and I hope their lives will be filled with love, how ever I do believe that MJ loved and adored those kids, whole thing is just to sad.

Wait and see we'll hear about her receiving a settlement to let the Jacksons have the kids. I don't believe you can say the things she did and then change that drastically all of a sudden. I believe she wants another settlement. I hope they get it in writing this time where she can't come back for more money. But I also don't think living with and being raised by his dad is good either. I don't think he's changed.
