Jackson/Rowe Not the Biological Parents

We've learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro -- outside the womb.

Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie's eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.

In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we're told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the "receiving parent" -- Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson's lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael.

We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it's not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there's a presumption that she's the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it's still an open issue with the courts.

wow what a mess,and it will only get worse,all along I thought the kids were Debbies,I feel for the kids,the only dad they knew is gone,thank goodness MJs mom is very involved in their lives,my heart breaks for the kids. I wish only the best for these children,Im hoping they will recieve all the love and support they can hold in their hearts from the Jackson clan. It doesnt matter how you were concieved,whose blood runs thru you,what counts is who raised you,loved you,wiped your butt,feed you,wiped the tears and shared a gentle smile,and so much more,all these things make you a mother or a father,cant get more real than that.I hope the kids will find some peace in anyway in the days that come.

I sure hope that the media does not cease calling them his children. I can just see them saying something like "the kids who were in Michael's care," or something of the like.

This is all so tragic for these little kids. I can not even imagine what their lives have been like to this point. (This is not a slam at MJ, it is just reality that children of such a mega star would not have a normal life, and theirs clearly was the epitome of that)

Actually what I read was that this could open a whole new can of worms because the situation such as this has never been argued in the California courts.

I, too, wonder why he didn't just adopt them unless he was afraid that the info would get out that he wasn't their biological father.

I don't know, yet, if it is true...but I'm sure we will all find out sometime. At least we are no longer talking about Jon and Kate!

I don't think anyone was surprised at that confirmation. I don't care what he did to his skin, its very rare for a black skinned person to sire white children, especially a blond white skinned child. I also heard Debbi was just a surrogate. I just hope everyone leaves the kids alone. No matter whose juices created the kids, they were legally Michael's and those poor babies are in for the media storm of a lifetime.

If they were left to anyone but the Jackson clan.....they'd be in better shape....

Blue eyed and white, white skin. I don't know why he wanted white kids and not have any bio kids. Well he tried to be white himself.

He is still their father though. Even if a man is married to a woman who gets pregnant by another man during their marriage the courts will say it is the husband's child. Still the children have a right to know where they came from when they get older.

My neice was adopted and as much as she loves her parents, one gets to an age when they want to know where they came from. She is trying to find her bio parents.

I can't figure out why he didn't want to have sex with his wife. Lisa Marie Presley said he was a good husband and they loved each other very much, and had sex. He also said he had some hanky panky with Tatum O'Neal when they were younger. Even young guys want to have sex, right?

I dont think Debbie should get them at all. She sold them, signed her rights away and got paid for it. she never had anything to do with them before and the only reason why there is a battle for them now is for MJs money and thats sick. Leave them with the grandparents.
