I have never done this with an already cooked crust, but make sure your grill is scrubbed clean and sprayed oiled with PAM or salad oil, but not to much and let it sort of dry before lighting your coals..in this case I might grill both sides of the crust, that way you have heat incorporated through out.
Top the Pizza with sauce and your toppings and I would "pre cook" veggies like mushrooms, veggies, onions..
add your cheese, if you are having any burning/flaming, go ahead and put the top on and get the cheese melted, I add parmesan and several spices here, or you can leave the lid open..If you do with the homemade dough, the toppings have a better chance of getting cooked on the grill..but no matter here....
Don't start this until the coals are burned down some..
Keep checking the edges with a spatula or pancake flipper so you aren't sticking if so move the crust over..you get the idea..post how it came out!
At last....my love has come around..

Sounds yummy. I checked the Boboli website and found this
http://www.boboli.com/grilling.cfm
Lightly brush the top (cheese side) of the Boboli crust with extra-virgin olive oil.
Place oiled side down on medium-heat grill, with a closed cover, for 1-2 minutes or until
grilled side is golden or toasted.
Remove crust from grill, flip over and top the grilled side. Use fewer toppings than when baking a pizza, or else the crust will cook before toppings are melted.
Place crust back on grill over indirect medium heat (or on a piece of aluminum foil) for 3-4 minutes with cover closed. Find a balance between keeping the cover closed so the heat gets to the toppings, and also keep an eye on the pizza so the bottom doesn’t burn.
Cook until cheese is melted and crust is golden, cook times may vary.

very easy, brush olive oil on the crust, put it on the grill on one side until it browns, take it off the grill, flip it and put the toppings on, put it back on the grill cover closed until the cheese melts and the crust is done

I know that Papa Murphy's has a pan you can buy so you can grill your pizza. I've never tried it but it sounds good.

the pan sounds safer LOL, I could just see me sticking the fresh pizza dough on the grill and having it ooze through and a big mess!

You should use a pizza stone. We do this with friends and it's soooo good!
