Anybody have an Ab Circle?
I saw the infomercial and I'm thinking about getting one. I'm wondering though if it hurts your knee's? Also if it is smooth moving and not jerky.

I don't have a clue but these reviews should help ya. Sounds like it's cheaply made and u should get the 3 yr warranty if you decide to get it.

hm. I have seen the circle lately on tv and wondered about it. I own an ab lounge and I like it. Only... its in storage for awhile yet with the rest of my stuff. lol. Well, maybe someone will post and everyone can see how they like theirs.

Because of my back problems already I hurt just watching that commercial. I can't imagine that its good for your spine to twist back and forth like that, honestly...ask a doctor or chiropractor.

I finally saw the infomercial last night. It does look like it would hurt your back!!! And how can it possibly work if you just do the same twist over and over again....or are there more positions you can do with it??? I only watched a few mins.
