Anybody know a really good diaper rash medicine?
A neighbor was asking me but I don't know so I thought I'd ask someone that has a baby.

Vaseline. Wash the booty really well with warm soap and water, rinse off the soap really well, make sure the booty is really dry and then apply a thin layer of vaseline to keep the moisture out.

I always liked Desetin, but my youngest had it bad once and someone suggested Pink Salve that I got at CVS but had to ask for it from the pharmacist .. it isn't prescription, but was only sold behind the counter. Worked really good.

We use something at work (nursing home) called Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It is wonderful and it prevents skin breakdown. You can get it OTC I think pretty much anywhere like walmart/target. HTH
