    I'm a aunt again!!!!!!!!

They went in at 11 pm and the baby came at 2:56am. I told the silly girl they weren't braxtons lol. She was at 5cm when they admitted her and she got the epidural right away.

It's a boy!! Welcome Preston Joseph!!!! 7 pounds even and 18 1/2 inches. I am happy that he is healthy.

Am i wrong for being soooooooooooooooo dissapointed that it's a boy?????? It's like my world crashed.

Congrats!!!!! Maybe she will listen to you next time lol.
I don't think its wrong for wanting a girl, or being disappointed. Heck for 9 months you get your hopes up, its only natural to be a little disappointed. As long as he was healthy, that is all that matters.
Congrats again! Can't wait to see some pics!

I just wanna go back to bed and forget for awhile lol. This was my only chance at a girl and I think that's why I am so upset. My other brother and soon to be wife don't want kids and my brother with the baby, they both agree 2 is plenty and he is going to get snipped.

Now, what the heck to I get the baby???? My other nephew is 2 and has everything and I mean everything!!!. They have tubs and tubs of clothes and toys for Preston. She kept everything after Parker grew out of them.

I will get up there some time today and get some pictures to post.

We can't help but feel dissappointed sometimes but even so yes I think it is wrong. We should just be so happy to get a healthy baby. But along those lines, with my 2nd child, I wanted a boy. When she was SIX weeks old, my mom said "Now aren't you glad she is a girl and I said no." I had 2 girls. Our 3rd and last child was a boy, we always wanted 4 children. But health problems caused us to stop at 3. But now that I have raised 2 girls and a boy, you can give me all girls to raise. Boys are so sweet when they are little and even when they are teenagers, ours was sweet. But when it comes to worry, our boy caused us 10 times more worry that both girls put together. I now wish I had even more that just the 3, I wish I had 6. They are wonderful as adult children but we still worry about them.
    Congratulations on the baby.
