Quit now offers telephone support here no discounts on patches, gums etc so I've been putting $$ back for patches or lozenges incase I need them, cold turkey is likely to drive me nuts!

Congrats on deciding to quit, I know you and whoever else decides to join in can do this!!! I quit cold turkey 4 1/2 years ago, and it was the best thing I had ever done for myself.

Walmart has an Equate version of the patch, it is just as good as the name brands and about 1/2 the price

I quit about 10 days ago. I cheated a couple of days ago.. but i am with ya on the quitting thing. Lets get it done. I know the first 3 days are the worst.Good luck to us all

For me it'll be 7 years next month smoke-free. It's a hard habit to break but I know you can do this and I wish you the very best of luck!!!
