Today is day 2 of our Mystery Basket Practical and we get to choose how we will prepare our menu. I did really well on yesterdays, I had to do a roasted pork loin, roasted vegetables and sauteed spinach. I believe I got between a 95 and no lower than a 80 as my grade for it. Hal will robably eat leftover spaghetti from Sat.
