Deer steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, & homemade biscuits.

I found ice cream on sale yesterday and had a great coupon for it so they can have ice cream and hot fudge or caramel topping if they want it for dessert.

I had my free Sothern Style chicken sandwich from McDonalds, small fry, and medium drink. It was a good tasting sandwich. The chicken was moist which surprised me.

I made a homemade mac and cheese the other night with white cheddar and bread crumbs

steamed mussells with garlic and white wine

Chicken Wings

Chilli

grilled salmon with grilled corn

these are a few of the things I have made over the past few weeks, although now I want Mexican Food!

My favorite thing to make is fajitas:

Cut up chicken into strips and sautee it with a little oil and some generic taco seasoning. Then in another pan I sautee cutup peppers and onions. Combine, serve with tortillas and voila! A very easy dinner. And actually very good for you, too.

I'm in the mood for pasta - so it will either be spaghetti with meatballs or chicken alfredo along with a salad and garlic toast.

I am getting ready to make dinner, I sure wish we had some mexican!! LOL

We are going to have Red beans n rice, grilled polish sausages, corn on the cob (wont be much longer and we wont be able to get it fresh!) and some apple crunch (baked apple dessert made with oats n brown sugar baked in the middle of an apple)

I'm going to have to try this. It sounds good, quick, and easy. Thanks for the recipe.
