My Mom used to make some kinda of hot fudge cake in the crock... it was all warm and gooey ! YUM !
~~~~~~~
Ok... we just ate... we had bought a whole roasted chicken at Sams Club last night, so, the DH just cut it in half, and stuck it in the oven for 'half a chicken' dinners... all we add is bread and butter, and dipping sauces. Honey mustard for me... BBQ for him.
Say, this is the recipe I use, only I form the meat into little loaves and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I've always hated meatloaf but I love this recipe!!!
As for today, I had a chicken salad sandwich. I hate to cook and we have leftovers quite a bit. Hubby never complains.
