ttistin, thanks for linking to my Crockpot Hot Fudge Cake post! I've joined this forum, and I hope to be listing lots of great giveaways once I figure out where to put them (left a request for help in the newbie forum). Thanks again!

My Mom used to make some kinda of hot fudge cake in the crock... it was all warm and gooey ! YUM !

~~~~~~~
Ok... we just ate... we had bought a whole roasted chicken at Sams Club last night, so, the DH just cut it in half, and stuck it in the oven for 'half a chicken' dinners... all we add is bread and butter, and dipping sauces. Honey mustard for me... BBQ for him.
today's dinner is.... drum roll....
whatever falls out of the freezer when you yank the door open and almost breaks your foot.
~~~~~~~~~I know I wasn't asked but I can't stop sharing recipes.....mine falls apart on me & I left rep asking for tips LOL........But it is heavenly!!!
Say, this is the recipe I use, only I form the meat into little loaves and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I've always hated meatloaf but I love this recipe!!!

As for today, I had a chicken salad sandwich. I hate to cook and we have leftovers quite a bit. Hubby never complains.
