PLEASE read Re: Princess Arky
I just got a phone call from Princess Arky. The vacation isn't starting off well! They are sitting in Dallas airport b/ c their flight to LA was cancelled. They'll have to spend the night at a hotel and get to LA tomorrow. That means 14 hrs (w/ 4 kids) @ LAX!! It also means they will arrive in Australia too late to get to the zoo. She asked me let ya all know what's going on. Maybe some good thoughts from us will help things. She's gonna call me back later from the hotel so I'll update everyone.

That sucks!! Missing flights, entertaining kidlettes, dealing with the disappointment and uncertainty. Sure hope things look up for the rest of the trip. Hope the canceled flight puts them up in a hotel and they don't have to sleep in the chairs or the floor at the airport.
