but yesterday the Star Trek Experience was celebrating their 10th Anniversary and locals were FREE! (these are the times I absolutely love livin' in Vegas ) So... me and three friends went and checked it out. OMG the line was so long (of course we expected that... but damn!) and it was actually fun. We went on both the rides. The Borg Invasion kind of sucked, that one you got 3-D glasses and watched a big screen. The Klingon Encounter was awesome! We sat in this "ride" type thing and it moved so you really felt like you were moving in a shuttle craft I've had people ask me about it before but I wasn't paying $50 for it, but if you can only do one and like actually moving around and action, totally got to do the Klingon Encounter. My friend, briansgirl, and I pretty much laughed through all of it, the "acting" was a little corny, but I'm glad I went. I wish you would have been here last night. You could have gone w/ me...Luke can be such a spoil sport when it comes to things like this. He just doesn't appreciate them and ends up all pissy... so we spent like 5.5 hours there, it was FREE and I had fun. I think Sarah and Brian had fun as well, now they know how to appreciate the free stuff here I guess when you make the big bucks like Luke you don't have to be budge conscious and get excited when something you just can't or don't want to spend the money on is free, like movies.

LOL! I would have so went! I've met most of the actors from ST:TNG and some from ST:Voager and STS9 too. I used to go to Dragon Con in Atlanta every year and some of them are there each year. I didn't get to go this past year, but my bro did and Data is looking old now!

Oh Shann my dh would have loved going to that. I am not at all interested in this type of stuff you know star wars etc...but would love to have been able to go with him to see this. His excitement would have been worth going. Your pics are great. Tell ole Luke to relax a bit...hehe.

Kevin and I like Star Trek. I like the original series but he likes some of the others too. I liked when they did the Star Trek 2.0 on G4 TV. Kevin would get so excited when he would see his post on TV. LOL
