This isn't a cookie, it's a ball. But they are sooooo YUMMY!

    Oreo Balls

    1 package of crushed oreo's
1 brick of cream cheese (soft)
3/4 package of white almond bark

Mixed the crushed oreo's and the cream cheese together. Use a mixer or blender. Form mixture into little bite size balls. Put them in the fridge for at least an hour. Melt the bark and dip the balls with a toothpick. Set on wax paper.

Warning: You may eat to many and get sick. LOL

    Alton Brown's White Trash

Not a "cookie" but still a yummy treat

3 1/2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
    3 cups Rice Chex
    3 cups Corn Chex
16 ounces M&M's plain chocolate candy
2 1/2 cups salted mixed nuts
    2 cups small pretzels
2 (11 ounce) packages white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand preferred)

Dump the cereals, M&Ms, nuts & pretzels in a large bowl.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Melt very slowly, stirring occasionally, being careful not to burn the chocolate.

Dump melted chocolate over the rest of the ingredients and fold over and over until you have well-coated hunks and chunks.

Spread the whole mess out on parchment paper and set in a cool place until it sets up, then break it into pieces.

Store in zip-top bags or air-tight containers

    Crockpot Christmas Crack
    By Angie Webb

    Prep Time: 15 Min
Cook Time: 2 Hr 30 Min
    Cooking Method: Slow-Cooker/Crock Pot

This is one of the easiest recipes that I make during the holiday season, and everyone LOVES it!
Be careful though...like a certain drug (crack), it is EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE!

    Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz jar(s) unsalted peanuts
    1 - 16 oz. jar(s) salted peanuts
    1 - 12 oz bag(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 - 12 oz bag(s) milk chocolate chips
    2 - 10 oz bag(s) peanut butter chips
2 - 1 lb pkg white almond bark or vanilla candy coating

    Directions

Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts). Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 2 hours. Then, remove lid and stir to combine. Replace lid and leave sitting for another 30 minutes. Stir again and then spoon mixture on to wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Allow to harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy

    Sweet and Saltines

    Recipe courtesy of Trisha Yearwood

    Total Time:35 min
    Prep:5 min
    Inactive:20 min
    Cook:10 min

    Yield:20 servings
    Level:Easy

    Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    35 to 40 saltine crackers
    2 sticks (1 cup) butter
    1 cup light brown sugar
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)

    Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Line 1 large or 2 small jelly-roll pans with aluminum foil, spray with nonstick spray and arrange the saltines salt-side down in a single layer. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together and boil until it turns a caramel color, a few minutes. Remove from the heat and pour over the crackers, covering them evenly.

Put the jelly-roll pan into the oven and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until just bubbly, watching carefully. Remove from the oven and pour the chocolate chips over the crackers. When the chips melt a bit, spread them over the crackers with a knife.

Transfer the pan to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until completely cold. They will form one big sheet. Break up into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
