Lest we not forget what happened to Angelseyes28. She was also one of the very best and most dedicated mods and she was fired for no apparent reason. I'm not sure if it was Alex or the new Bozo's, but it's still an indication that those who own this board don't know crap about running it.
Oh, and if you also have your own board, I don't *think* you have to worry about Jon banning you (I could be wrong, though). His biggest beef I think is that M2J is a mod here and owns her own board on which she has a freebie forum (which he'd already DEMANDED she remove. I'm guessing he thinks it's a conflict of interest. I just don't see it since M2J's been nothing but dedicated to this board, and, as I said before, there's just no competition, but whatever. 
Also, I'm sure anyone who mods both here and at M2J's board will be made to choose between them as well...

Geez, this reminds me of the conflict I had in elementary school (2nd grade) with two friends of mine...
Davida and I were close and Michelle and I were close. Davida hated Michelle and Michelle hated Davida. Davida refused to be my friend if I continued to hang out with Michelle and Michelle refused to be my friend if I continued to hang out with Davida.
To the owners or managers of this board, this is so childish, it's silly. Keep alienating the good people you have working for you and you will be left in the end with no one who cares. I would suggest a cranal-anal-ectomy....the surgical removal of your head out of your ass. It would also be a good idea to remember the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

After what happened to me I didn't think anything would surprise me....boy was I wrong. It was bad enough to ban one of the originals of the board but to then put "traitor" under her name was not only childish, it was demoralizing.
This site has absolutely no concept of loyalty or devotion. If it weren't for the dedicated administrators and mods over the years, this place would have went to hell in a hand basket a long time ago.
Time and time again, I saw Mom2 and Katt defend this place when it was going downhill.......look at the thanks they get. Mom2 felt like she sold her soul when she agreed to shut down freebies but she did it for the members of THIS board b/c so much was promised to them if she would just shut down her freebie section. She felt horrible about it but she did it anyhow and for what?! NONE of the promises were kept to the members here.
To hell with this place and it's owners, I would much rather be a member of a small, close knit, FAMILY community than some big, over zealous, power tripping place like this. To my friends here, most of you have my email addy....it's my name @ hotmail.com and you can always find me over at mad.
And to Mom2, you know I love you and you are a way better person than Jon will EVER be.

Admins can read PM's. I don't know about Vbulletin, but with Invision, I think they are listed by member ID, not username, so it would be hard to know who said what, especially with as many members BBS has. So if they have time to sit and figure it out to see what I say in a PM, hell, go for it!
And MM being a mod and having her own board (that posts freebies sometimes) is not a good reason for her banning. He didn't just take her mod position away, he banned her for it, just like Tech banned me years ago, (and others!) for being a member at another small board. (because we talked about how we really felt about him!)
I thought that BS was long past, especially with Tech MIA so long, then being banned himself. But i guess not, huh? Jon and Brandon proved themselves just as low.
