Re: Subscriptions
It is still working for me so I guess I will check it tomorrow. Maybe it resets whenever you login? I never log out, I use the remember me option so maybe that makes a difference.

Re: Subscriptions
Thought it was just me. I like BBS, but not enough to have reminders sent to me whenever someone posts in a thread I posted to. lol

Nope - I use the same thing and it still keeps subscribing me. But before I hit reply I do change the box at the bottom and that seems to work. Changing it in CP has not helped. Well we need to send this link to Brandon somehow. At least I realize it wasn't something I did.

No, it is definitely something with the board. I have NEVER subscribed to threads.

Re: Subscriptions
I just PM'ed Brandon asking him to look at this thread. Then he can read everything that we have been saying and know what the problem is that we are having.

Re: Subscriptions
Hmm, must have happened during some database optimisation.
If you goto UserCP> edit options> Messaging & Notification> Default Thread Subscription Mode> Select Do Not Subscribe then Save Changes
Does that seem to work for you? Also under "List Subscriptions" make sure to remove everything out of there that you dont want.
Post here if that doesnt work.

Yes, I have done all of that, too. It seemed to have worked for about 24 hours or so, and then it started doing it again. Plus the setting was changed back in my UserCP to email notification, and I did not change it back. It was almost like the site updated overnight and the new settings got changed back or something.
