Question....shipping

HEy guys, does anyone know if I have to do a customs form to ship to a millitary addy? This is it:

I work at a mail center, and we ship to APO all the time, we have to put a custom form on it, just telling what is in the pkg,

I sent a swap box to one of those boxes and didn't have to fill out anything either...maybe different to different areas don't know!

Just mailed a box to my nephew in Iraq yesterday and had to fill out a customs form
