Wow! Since the technology is here for them to put it under the skin, I have to wonder how long before they do that? Why is it everytime I read about this stuff I keep thinking back to the movies I watched as a child where everyone had to carry and show their papers at all times. Was that in the communist countries or was it Germany? At any rate I remember being grateful as a child that I lived in a country where I did not have to show my papers. I guess I can get over that one.

Have you ever seen Logan's Run? The chips, cloning and euthinasia all remind me of that movie.

I think I have seen that, but my memory is foggy. Old age sorry but if it keeps on I'll never feel like I'm watching a rerun, sad but true. One of the scary things is that its just been a year or so ago I posted on here where some company was offering a small amount of money to people to get the chip implanted. Now our government is going to put it in our ID's and though they say its voluntary if you don't have it, one is limited in what they can do. I have to wonder if before too long since the technology is here if it won't be long before the chips are required to be implanted under the skin. Once that is done eventually we will all be scanned everytime we walk through a doorway. So much for privacy.
