i begged for a perm when i was 8 and my mom finally let me get it. i cried, lol. i can't think of any hormonal changed that could/should be happening right now. i know i'm not pregnant, and the last thing that could have messed with my hormones was over a year ago. thanks for the advice everyone. i will check into a flat iron in a few weeks, and hopefully that will be the end of tying my hair up.

You have been eating too many carrots. LOL At least that is what I was told when a child. If you want curly hair eat carrots.
Why do people with straight hair want curly hair and people with curly or wavy hair want straight? I would love to have hair that I never have to get a perm for some curl. Perms are expensive. I'd love to have the wash and go type of hair.

mine was also straight until recently Im going to be 31 and now I have ringlets when its wet.and when its dry its wavy. has to be hormones cause my face is also starting to break out.theyre not really pimples or blackheads cause they have no"head" in them.but look at it this way.least you dont have to spend money in a salon to get your hair curly or wavy now.lol
