I'm not a lawyer or anything so I'm not sure, but couldn't the ex's actions change the future custody? It's not right that you were without him for so long. Good luck and have a wonderful time. Prayers still being said for you.

Answer: He's actually about 40 minutes away. I don't know his address because his dad won't let him or the school release it but that's ok. We have each other's phone numbers, email and messenger names now. Plus he's coming over next weekend too.
