Red Robin Restaurants
Has anyone ever eaten at a Red Robin restaurant? Two have opened up fairly close to us recently. My husband says all the guys at work said it's good. My daughter, who goes to culinary school, says everyone at schools says it's terrible.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
We have one not too far from us here. We have eaten there several times. We do like the food. They are rather large inside and incredibly noisy. The noise is the biggest drawback for us ... kind of reminds us of when the kids were little and we took them to Chucky Cheese ! But ... the food is good and the service has always been first class.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
When we used to live in Denver, about a decade ago, we used to eat at Red Robins all the time. We loved them.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
I love Red Robin. Food is great and the service is decent. They are normally a bit on the loud side though.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
The food is ok , burgers mainly, and fast preparation things like that.
They do have a bar area, and a game area for the kids, so I guess there is a little something for everyone.
Only one type of veggie burger, and that is not always available.
Great shakes though! Endless Fries -the big thick ones!
In my opinion, if you have one in your area, go to Islands - We love that!

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
I ate there once. Big servings but I personally did not like their sauce. You can have your burger with just ketchup and mustard. Gourmet burgers and lots of different ones. Wouldn't be my first choice as a restaurant.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
How are they price-wise? We have 6 people in our family, including 3 teenagers that are big eaters.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
Ate there once and it was the worst food I ever had. It was loud and the service was crappy too. Kinda pricey for a burger joint I thought. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I will never go back to one.

Re: Red Robin Restaurants
I would say the prices are about $7-$12 (at least they are here), but the burgers are huge, and endless fries too. The burgers are so big, I can't even finish not to mention even needing a second serving of fries.
