Thread: What is for dinner?

I didnt see a post yet, so here it is!

I am making stuffed chicken rolls, a new recipe I found I am always on the look out for new ones. I am also going to make a veggie, not sure what though.









Next....

I was going to make chicken n dumplins for my son who is home for spring break and its his favorite but he's spending the night at my brothers to go fishing with him in the morning so we will have that tomorrow night. So tonight Ill fix Mrs Pauls fish fillets and a vegetable, not sure what else though....next......

Cheerios and ice cream! Can you tell I live alone? LOL

I got pork chops out of the freezer last night to make chops, baked taters and cantalope. Doesn't sound good to ds though, he wants spaghetti.

We compromised on pork stirfry with cantelope. Sounds good to me.

So Spring like here, I got home really early, so I am making a 'beans and greens salad", and Spaghetti with Gimme Lean, soybased, fake meat, it is really good, and this weather reminds of my bikini who needs just a "tad less" in it..LOL!

I have a roast in the slow cooker right now. I'll throw potatoes, carrots and onions in with it in just a little bit. Maybe some broccoli & cheese on the side and a pan of cornbread.

I *thinking* about making a pan of chocolate & peanut butter brownies. lol
