is anyone else still waiting for a 1099???
My hubby is a contractor for NINTENDO and they are so screwed up the way they do things...aren't the 1099 supposed to be postmarked by the 31st too???
Waiting for cooler weather- want to get outside and do some walking- Loose more weight!

My husband does alot of independent artwork and I know there are at least 2 1099s I haven't gotten yet-very frustrating because I want to get my refund and these are all I have to wait on.

Already got mine.....sigh. Now what I need is some great LEGAL deductions for it. Thankfully I am officially on the payroll for this year.

I used to work for a company that had some instructors who worked as independent contractors. I thought I remember our business manager saying those didn't have to be postmarked by the 31st, but I am not 100% sure. Did he make over $600? I thought if you didn't, you didn't get a 1099.
