Is it the one for PS2 or the computer? I play Sims, he deluxe one that came in the gold/yellow box, DH bought it for me several months back and I try toplay it but my Sims always seem toburn the house down when cooking...hehe. I have checked out the new Sims out several times at Walmart but am to cheap to buy it..hehe...I don't think I would want to play it on PS2 though.

Re: Sims 2 is great!! (calling all Sims Fans). (FOR PC)

Sorry, should have said for PC...I hated Sims on PS2..I think it works much better close up on the computer. I could never get the hang of it on Playstation2.

The Sims 2 for PC combines a lot of the elements from many of the other games but the graphics are what make the game. You can spend a long time just making your sim look good, have the right hair color and so on. I admire the many fans of the Sims who make items to download.

It is a game you can play on the PC or playstation. Basically you make characters and control their actions. You can read all about the sims on many boards or websites. The Sims (first one) was the greatest selling PC game ever. EA Games makes the Sims.

I'm getting a little trouble with Sims 2 freezing up and I have a brand new computer...have to do some technical investigating.

I'm a huge Sim's fan! I have all the games and my favorite is Sim's 2. My husband just bought The Urbs (A Sim spin-off) for his Nintendo DS and he's addicted.

I love my Sims 2! I am sending my old Sims games off to my sis now so that she can become addicted as well!

P.S. Not sure if Playstation Sims are like Pc Sims, but, in the PC version, your Sims will stop burning the house down while cooking if you make them study cooking, and earn cooking skill points. I didn't know that for quite a while! Also, put a fire alarm right above the stove, then if it does catch on fire, the fire dep. should be there to put it out before anything even gets ruined.
