hey y'all, i got this from the local freecycle group..thought anyone not a member of that group but still in lima/ or the general area, might be able to help find this guy. if he's innocent? no harm no foul...if not? we could save some kids innocence and or life. if anyone has any info on this, you can email me and i will forward it to the appropriate parties. my email is Spikes_Scarlet_Witch@ yahool.com (this womans neice had been dropped off at school but never showed to homeroom, they hunted her down and she was ok, but this situation came about because of the missing neice so..thats why i'm explaining..Courtnie is the neice)


Subject: need help again looking for a white GMC full size truck



GMC White Truck with white tool box dark blue or black 2in. trim on
bottom some rust licence number DBM9_96

Yesterday since we were all looking for Cortnie I asked my Aunt to
pick up my 2 youngest daughters from school.12 yr old went with my
Aunt 11 yr old was already on her bus.I was to pick my girls up at
my Aunts so at 340 I went to get them nobody home so went to visit
my sister in law up the road for a few. husband called said 1
daughter was home and that daughter #2 rode the bus and was gonna send
daughter #1 to walk home with her.#1 got 7 houses away and a
White GMC full size truck pulled up and told her come here she said
no and turned around to head home the guy proceeded up that alley to
the main alley and came through right behind where she was walking
and once again said come here she ran by the other 2 houses into the
house crying and upset told her dad what happened he called me said
someone tried picking up J so I rushed home. #1 was able to to get
most of licence plate memorized and truck,guy descriptionthanks so
much to DARE program dad had her write it on paper. I came in Britt
wasnt home yet I called transportation and bus was just getting to
stop.So me and my 14 yr old walked to get her We made it to the
same spot #1 did and Ash noticed a white truck sitting behind a
buisiness #2 was walking down sidewalk I could see her but where
We were the truck nor Britt could see us well she was walking down
W. Kibby and the guy pulled out from behind St Vincent Clothing
right beside her on the street stayed going slow.#2 got to Main
and turned up sidewalk to come home.I looked at licence plate exact
same as#1 had plus description match I yell thats him and he stopped
we had a few words he said he asked #1 the first time how long the
buildings at the corner have been down she turned around walked away
he did go through all and tell her to come here then I said its been
10-15 min in between the 2 instances why was U faollowing Britt the
only reason a person not from this neighborhood would be driving
around for 10-15 min is looking for a prostitute he said he does
construction has kids of his own said suprised I didnt pop him 1
because most mothers would.Said he had friends in area.He was
driving this truck,in gear with only the passenger window down I am
not gonna get to close I got my safety and my kids to worry about.I
informed him I was calling police which I did and 10 min later made
report. White GMC with about a 2 inch wide nave blue or black trim
at very bottem has a white full size tool box Ohio Licence plate
DBM9_96 white male driving with a very short go tee and
mustache,missing some front teeth.nikey hat black with white
symbol,was wearing a Ohio state black sweatshirt no coat,med brown
hair what we could see.Last night while Police was here grandpa
showed up and kids were scared and me and dad was going to Auction
at Sargents so all kids went to grandpas. About 7 at Auction I
noticed someone that looked just like this guy same hat on but
different shirt so me and Ken went out searching parking lot for
white truck called grandpa had him bring girls and not say what was
up #2 said she is pretty sure its him #1 is too but said he looked
whiter in truck(he had a slight tan)she freaked out wanted to leave
right away they started to leave grandpa stopped to talk and J kept
walking this guy followed her outside the guys went out first right
after then as I was going out I saw a Maroon and Grey Chvy truck
make a U turn and speed away. He got in that truck but couldnt get
licence number to dark. Kens friend did approach man and ask for a
name and it has been reported to LPD but since we are not 100%
positive this is him I want full licence number what we thought was
missing number turned out to be registered 2 a 4 door oldsmobile car
from Wapak police went there and checked it out.He could be inocent
but I am not willing to take my chances.the guy at Auction is from
Lima lives on N,East end of town.if U see this truck and can give
the rest of licence number let me know (use my email as i said i will forward the info to the woman)

licence was DBM9_96 not sure of 2nd number.

this is rather scary for me, because i grew up in that VERY same neighborhood. my mother still lives like a block or 2 away from the EXACT area this took place. my KIDS FRIGGIN PLAY IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD in the summer sometimes when visiting granny.

yeah it was a bit hard to follow, i took the names out as best as i could to protect the young girls who were followed by this guy in the white pickup. he tried to get the first girl to "come here" the first girl made it home and told her dad about it and then when the mom went to get the other daughter (sister to the 1st girl) off the bus, he was following her as she walked home from the buststop. the 2 girls are sisters. kinda scary ifn you ask me. oh an this all took place cause of the scnaffu of who to watch her girls while they looked for their 16 yr old (neice to the woman & cousin to the 2 girls). thank goodness they found the 16 yr old!! i know if these 2 girls were mine? their'd have been some serious crap going down.. an i am keeping me eyes peeled as well. gonna go by mums ( as i said my mother lives ...round about within at least 3 blocks of where this took place) tomorrow and take a real close look. they tore down 2 buildings diagonaly across from each other in the intersection of main st and kibby st. the st. vncent depaul store is on the north west corner and on the south east corner a place called markos sports bar i think diagonaly across from the St. vincent store..i don't spend much time there anymore. ah well.. i hope the cops get this person at the very least for questioning, if nothing else. i mean all reality aside, he might have done this before, and or he could be innocent..but better for our kids to investigate it anyway.
i mean in all truth, he has already impacted these 2 lil girls lives, by making them feel unsafe in their own neighborhood , bad intent on his part or not.

Years ago, there was a guy that kept driving through the neighborhood, going really slowly by the little girls. Well, my sister was one of those girls, and after 2 days, my dad had had enough and jumped in his little pickup and my other sis and her friend and I jumped in the back and we chased him. Not really a chase, he went to another neighborhood to cruise around, and when he finally stopped, my dad pulled up next to him and ripped him a new one. Never saw that guy again.

People can be soo sick and creepy. My sis and I had to wait for my mom to pick us up from school one day, and she was running late, so we decided to start walking. At one point this guy started driving just behind us super slowly and it creeped us out. Luckily we were walking right in front this little city's city hall. The police station was right next to it. So we turned towards the doors, and the guy took off. We decided to just stay right there until our mom came a few minutes later. How sick and stupid do you have to be to pull something like that in front of a police station? I swear we were 20 feet from the door!
